We deliver to all areas across Kuwait

The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.

Home Delivery Options

• Next Day Delivery – Free of charge for orders delivered within Kuwait.
• Same Day Delivery – Orders placed from 12AM-7PM with this option selected will be delivered within Kuwait for a fee of 1.5 KD.
• Express Delivery - Orders placed from 8AM-8PM with this option selected will be delivered within Kuwait for a fee of 2.5 KD.
• Click & Collect - Orders are only eligible for Pick up from stores in Kuwait and not for Home Delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be scheduled on the same day if placed before 1 pm. For watersports and table tennis products, please expect delivery within few days. To follow up with your order please WhatsApp customer care on +96522261860 with your order number ready. We are available from 8am – 2am, seven days a week.

How do I track & check the status of my orders?

What if I want to refund or exchange my item after I receive it?

You have a 30 day window to refund or exchange from the date you receive your item. Customized items will not be refunded/ returned. To refund or exchange simply whatsApp customer care with your order number ready on +96522261860.

For payments made using the Cash on Delivery method: exchanges can only be made in any Intersport store in Kuwait

For payments already captured (TAP/KNET/APPLE PAY/TABBY/TAMARA/CREDIT CARD): exchanges can be made in any Intersport store or arrange a pickup through customer service

How much does delivery cost?

Enjoy free delivery on all orders with Next Day Delivery and Click & Collect options. A delivery charge of 1.5 KD applies to Same Day Delivery orders. A 2.5 KD delivery charge applies to Express Delivery orders in Kuwait.

Do you have express delivery?

Yes, we offer express delivery for orders in Kuwait. If you order items that qualify for this service from 8AM-8PM, they will be delivered within 2-3 hours based on the location for a fee of 2.5 KD.

Do you have international Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to the international shipping page for more details.

Do you have cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery for orders delivered in Kuwait. Please note that cash on delivery is not available for customized items & Express Delivery orders.
